Born and raised in Central America by a family of traditional cooks and food lovers, I was encouraged by my mother to cook always something different and unique. She taught me the tricks that she learned from my grandmother so that I can have that simple touch in the kitchen that makes everything taste great.
And now, here in the United States
I bring my country's traditions to your table!
